On Thursday, reports emerged that Spurs had activated a £60m release clause in Morgan Gibbs-White's Nottingham Forest contract, as Thomas Frank looks to bolster his squad ahead of his first season in charge. Spurs are also said to have interest in Yoane Wissa, who thrived under Frank at Brentford.
Spurs are closing in on a £55million deal to sign Kudus from West Ham and the forward is due to undergo a medical on Thursday. Kudus is set to become the first player to join Spurs from West Ham since Scott Parker in 2011, and Thomas Frank will be boosted by having him available all next season.
Tottenham Hotspur now have an array of attacking options, and one Spurs player who Kudus is sure to love could actually be a player he’s competing with for a spot in Frank’s lineup.
