The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) said it is now studying filing criminal and civil charges against the principal and licensed manning agency (LMA) of the Filipino crew of MV Eternity C for multiple violations of its regulatory measures.
The MV Eternity C, a vessel recently attacked by Houthi rebels in the Red Sea, has sunk, the Department of Migrant Workers confirmed in a press briefing Wednesday night.
