Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer employment head Peter Jeffcote is to replace Ian Terry as managing partner in a shake up that will see chief executive Alan Peck spearhead the firm’s US strategy.

Richard Jeffcote has a background in urban planning and project management and held senior roles at the Rottnest Island Authority, East Perth Redevelopment Authority and Department for Planning.
