A Texan claimed a $1 million prize from a lottery game, according to the Texas Lottery. The Houston resident purchased their Diamond 7s scratch ticket at Orbit, at 11660 Fuqua St. in Houston. For Powerball, the estimated jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is $209 million.
