President Donald Trump said Monday that he terminated Jeffrey Epstein’s membership at his Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida two decades ago because Epstein repeatedly “stole people that worked for me” — a new explanation for the fallout between the two men who were once friends.

While in Scotland, President Trump explained his split from Jeffrey Epstein, attributing it to Epstein's hiring of Trump Organization staff. He denied ever visiting Epstein's private island on Virgin Islands.
