The Lake Minnetonka Fourth of July fireworks display could be in peril if it doesn’t find a new sponsor in 2026.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) released a statement regarding the Fourth of July fireworks incident on Boone Lake. News Channel 11 reported on July 4 that two people were injured after multiple fireworks went off close to the lake’s surface.

Emergency calls in San Bernardino County more than doubled this Fourth of July. Pets were also impounded across Victor Valley, including tens of dead pets.
