American Idol music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband Tom DeLuca, who wrote hits for Diesel, Jon Stevens and more, were found dead in their home on Monday (14 July). TMZ, which initially reported the news, stated that the couple were shot in the head in different rooms in their home.

Los Angeles police found a couple in an Encino home on Monday with gunshot wounds, before the apparent murder victims were declared dead by fire department paramedics.

The couple are believed to have been killed after walking in on the suspect inside their $4.5 million Encino home, which was heavily secured.

Raymond Boodarian was identified as the suspect in the shooting of the American Idol music supervisor and her husband in Los Angeles.  Robin Kaye and Thomas Deluca, both 70, were found at around 2:30 PM local time on Monday after officers were called to their home in Encino.
