An employee was injured and transported to the hospital after authorities say a fire broke out in an auto repair shop and caused significant damage to the building in Waukegan.

The fire broke out Monday afternoon at Arnage Motorsports, a "premier luxury and specialty auto repair shop that services high-performance race cars and luxury vehicles," according to the company.
