Nine days after he was last seen, authorities said the body of David Winter was found in the Willamette National Forest.

A 46-year-old cyclist, Jeremy Wanak, died after a crash involving a driver who was allegedly under the influence in Salem on Thursday, and the driver was arrested and charged with several offenses.
