Saturday's drawing offers the largest lottery prize this weekend in Ohio, with Mega Millions at $80 million and Classic Lotto at $5.1 million.

The Mega Millions jackpot rose to $70 million for the drawing on Tuesday, July 8 after no one matched all the winning numbers in the drawing on Friday, July 4. If someone matches all six numbers on Tuesday, they will have the option of a one-time cash payment of $31.3 million.

The Mega Millions jackpot is $70 million with a cash option of $31.3 million for the Tuesday, July 8, 2025 drawing. Drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 p.m. CT.

However, one ticket sold in New Jersey won a prize of $40,000 for matching four of the five white balls and the gold Mega ball. The New Jersey Lottery said that prize is normally $10,000 but it was boosted to $40,000 because of the 4X multiplier. The lucky ticket was sold at Mike’s Deli on Oak Hill Road in Red Bank, lottery officials said.

More than 190,000 other tickets sold in the United States also won prizes ranging from $10 to $30,000 in the drawing.
