As part of our #NOTJUSTCHEER campaign, we want to share a story that means so much to our entire programme.. the story of our Diamond💎 athlete, Demi 💛 Demi has grown up with us for over 15 years now. The gym has been her second home and when she suddenly became unwell, it shook all of us. Watching someone who had always been so full of energy and strength begin to struggle was heartbreaking.
